Having had enough unexplained activity happen to me while I worked as a historical tour guide, it peaked my interest in paranormal research. Now I find myself ever curious in what is really out there and why. To me, paranormal research is just another form of historical research. Through paranormal research, you find out more about the history of a location.

Although I am a very strong skeptic, I do believe there are somethings out there that can't be explained. I first became interested in the paranormal while my husband and I visited historic sites around the region. Getting to work side by side with the members of TAPS just peaked my interest even more.

Throughout my life, I have experienced many things that I cannot explain. I am the kind of person who likes facts and figures, so investigating and documenting paranormal activity is a great way to satisfy my curiosities. However, helping to provide a client with peace of mind and helping to answer questions as a member of the T.A.P.R.I. team is the most rewarding part.

I became interested in the paranormal at a young age. I’ve had several near death experiences over the years with my first at the age of 8. I know there is more to it all then we know. My theory is "with a closed, mind nothing can enter"

I became interested in the paranormal because of my father. He took me to Gettysburg for the first time and the rest is history. We loved going to places like Gettysburg, Bolton Mansion and anywhere that seems interesting. I think it is great to explore anywhere because I don't think the paranormal is limited to houses. I am interested in paranormal investigating because I am in search of truth. I know it's out there and I want to prove it (mostly to myself). I also think you can learn a lot on the way!!

I am a student at the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy. I am what you would call a skeptic, but I have always had a wild imagination since I was a kid. Now I feel as if it isn't always my imagination playing tricks on me. My interest to know about paranormal phenomenon definitely outweighs my fear of the unknown. I want to help the people in my community and also further my knowledge in this exciting field.

I've always been interested in the paranormal - it was something I was brought up with.  I've had more than a few experiences but I still tend to approach investigations by ruling out every possible explanation before leaning towards something being paranormal.  A love of history has only encouraged me to become more involved in investigating.

After having had a profound spiritual experience I became convinced that there was a spirit world and an after-life. I have since been fascinated with all things paranormal. It is now a goal of mine to find hard scientific proof of the spirit world, and to help those people who find themselves in confusing paranormal situations.

I have been interested in the paranormal since I was a little kid. I saw and read the Amityville Horror when I was younger and it introduced me into the paranormal. Now I just want to learn as much as I can about it. I also had a lot of personal experiences but I always use common sense and look at it with a scientific approach.

I have been researching the paranormal for 5 years in the New Jersey and Philadelphia area. I have always believed in the possibility of ghosts and other unexplainable things and I thought this would be a great way to learn about them and at the same time help people who may need help in this area. I also volunteer for a local historical society doing indexing of county records. I hope to be able to use this experience and resource to help identify who maybe visiting from the other side.

I am 62 years young and the mother of 2 daughters and 6 grandchildren. From the time I was very young I always had an interest in the paranormal. I had several incidents which make me believe that there is an after life. I have encountered some paranormal activity at my job as a historic tour guide and manager of a museum shop. I want answers and I hope as an investigator I can get those answers.

I am the husband of Barbara and like her, I always had an interest in the paranormal. We had both experienced something in our old house and from that time on I have read and watched anything concerning the paranormal. I hope that maybe some day we can have answers as to what is really going on when we die.
